Ana is an internationally acclaimed osteopath and naturopath based in London. Originally from Brazil, Ana discovered her love for manual therapies while living in New Zealand in the 90’s. Ana trained in sports massage therapy in New Zealand, and after relocating to London, she trained in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine and specialized in Women’s health, Biomechanical realignment and Biodynamic Cranial Osteopathy. Her further training are in Pilates for rehabilitation, Franklyn Method of body realignment, Rhythmic Movement training for the integration of primitive reflexes, as well as various naturopathic trainings on adrenal, digestive and hormonal dysfunctions.

Her osteopathic and naturopathic approach has a deep effect, not only structurally, but aims to balance the central nervous system by sending the body’s systems the right information to start its own innate self-healing processes. Her educational role is to promote better self-awareness decreasing the occurrence of misalignment and compensatory postural imbalances. These aims are to improve general health and to empower individuals to take charge of their own health be it structural, physiological, mental and/or emotional.
Ana works all over the world either treating or teaching and has treated celebrities and royalty along with the very poor living in Brazilian communities, where she volunteers. She runs workshops based on mindfulness, rhythmic movements, self-awareness, self-realignment, Pilates exercises and relaxation techniques.

SACHA DE STEFANIS

Our Chef

The daughter of an Italian diplomatic family, Sacha was exposed to life around the globe, and with it a mélange of culinary traditions. Her cultural makeup is Italian, however, and her heart has long been tied to Tuscany, where, growing up, she spent summers with her grandmother (and met her husband Giuseppe). In the kitchen, she had a wealth of teachers. She learned to cook from her adored Venetian nanny, Lena, from her Tuscan grandmother, and from her mother, who managed to put together lunches for a dozen in hours and for hundreds in a few days. A passion for visual art eventually led Sacha to a career in auction houses and galleries in England, but food and lifestyle have been companion loves in her life. Sacha and Giuseppe give cooking lessons in their professional country kitchen, and run the renowned restaurant and wine bar, the Enoteca Cantina del Saltapicchio in nearby Cittá della Pieve.
